The Commissioners Indaba, attended by over three hundred (300) CCMA Commissioners is an annual event on the CCMA calendar and provides an opportunity for the continuous professional development of CCMA Commissioners. The theme for this year’s Indaba is ‘The equitable workplace – a pipedream or the next wave?’ This years Indaba will be held in Durban Kwa-Zulu Natal as the Elangeni Hotel on Thursday and Friday 4th & 5th December 2014.

Labour Deputy Minister iNkosi Phathekile Holomisa will on Thursday (04 December 2014) launch a new service channel to the citizens of Richards Bay and surrounding areas where citizens can register as work-seekers, search employment and training opportunities provided by employers.
In addition to providing service to the job search, the self-help kiosk will also allow citizens to apply for their unemployment benefits online and also access the services of the Compensation Fund.
